What happens during PRP treatment?

PRP hair regrowth treatment is a non-surgical solution for hair loss. Firstly, a small volume of blood is taken from your arm (similar to the level when having a blood test). Next it is placed into a tube and spun in a centrifuge in order to separate the red blood cells, platelets and serum. The plasma required is then drawn off and inserted with tiny injections into the area of the scalp being treated.

Up to six treatments are required to see results and during at which time, all living follicles will benefit from optimal stimulation of the hair follicles.
